CESFAS Internships
CESFAS Internship Program offers NMSU students with opportunities to learn from businesses within New Mexico. Iinternships provide the students with the opportunity to work with a company and to learn skills such as business operations, logistics, food safety, warehousing inventory, etc.
This paid internship will begin on May 15, 2026, and end on August 15, 2026.

We are excited about the new partnerships between CESFAS and the participating companies. The 2026 partners include:
Each of these participating businesses has agreed to provide one student a summer internship.
The 2025 CESFAS Internship Program included internships with Barker Produce, Olam Food Ingredients, Roadrunner Food Bank, Seco Spice, and Stampede Culinary Partners.
These paid internships began on May 12, 2025, and ended on August 8, 2025.
